Each year, large numbers of acquisitions and dispositions are completed successfully, only to fail within a short time after closing the transaction. Such failures are illustrated by symptoms ranging from the departures of disenchanted CEOs, to disposition or closure of acquired entities. The great majority of these failures can unquestionably be prevented by properly planning and executing transactions and by making absolutely certain that complete and well organized plans have been put in place for the transitional phase.

The seminars are designed to assist management and key staff individuals to perform their functions more efficiently within the environment of a planned, proposed, or pending transaction. Equally important, they can assist company personnel in managing the transition phase after a transaction has been completed.
Seminars will be scheduled as requested, and will continue to be limited by current client time constraints.
